Purchased the two trees trucker cap in navy. I was pretty excited as the caps had lots of good reviews but when it eventually turned up it not only fitted really badly - it seemed abnormally high and wide so lots of gapping but it also had loose threads and stitches. I own a fair few caps and haven't had this issue before so it's not me having a weird shaped head!They say their items are made to order which I approve of but maybe they were short staffed and Jan from accounts had to knock it up rather than someone competent. I emailed querying it and explaining my concerns and had a pretty blunt response just saying return it with zero apology ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'll return it but also have to stump up for postage so pretty peeved to essentially pay £4 for nothing.
