Terrible Aftercare and Product Quality

I would strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to reconsider. I bought a brand new vehicle expecting reliability, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car has broken down twice and spent over six weeks in the garage. It even failed completely while I was driving at high speed, which could have caused a serious accident. Now, for the third time, it is going back for repairs, and despite the issues, the dealership refuses to waive the costly insurance fees while they try to fix a problem that should never have existed. The service has been appalling, with no urgency or accountability. It’s clear they have no interest once the sale is made. I feel entirely let down by both the product and the company, and this will be my first and last purchase.
