Unsatisfactory After-Sales Support

I have encountered disappointing after-sales customer service. While I am satisfied with my new vehicle, I have been unable to use the connected app. The dealership has not responded to my emails or returned calls when messages were left. This is quite disheartening. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my after-sales experience.

Unreliable Vehicle Experience

I purchased a vehicle and initially found it fine, but I didn’t realize the numerous alerts could be distracting and unsafe. The car failed to start multiple times. After taking it to a garage that was supposed to be approved, they didn’t seem to care, and the computer showed no issues. The screen blacked out several times, which was alarming. Be cautious as many garages are franchises, and this particular one is no longer operating under the original franchise. I was sold a service plan that I’ve now learned is not redeemable elsewhere. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful, citing data protection as a reason for not assisting. I feel misled and frustrated, and I may have lost a significant amount of money if I don’t receive a refund.

Overloaded with Features Yet Lacking

There are excessive sensors in the vehicle; it has many features yet lacks essential ones. The model seems designed for casual drivers, as it includes automatic transmission and auto-switching headlights, which may not appeal to serious drivers. It has just one USB-A port, no CD drive, yet it has a low-quality screen and heated seats. I would prefer an older car than to deal with this confusing array of features.

I recently bought a vehicle under an approved warranty that has proven to be worthless. I had to pay an upfront inspection fee only to be informed that the dealership found no issues, even though the car is unsafe to drive, as it brakes unexpectedly on the motorway.

Terrible Aftercare and Product Quality

I would strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to reconsider. I bought a brand new vehicle expecting reliability, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car has broken down twice and spent over six weeks in the garage. It even failed completely while I was driving at high speed, which could have caused a serious accident. Now, for the third time, it is going back for repairs, and despite the issues, the dealership refuses to waive the costly insurance fees while they try to fix a problem that should never have existed. The service has been appalling, with no urgency or accountability. It’s clear they have no interest once the sale is made. I feel entirely let down by both the product and the company, and this will be my first and last purchase.
