I purchased a green retro under-counter fridge and I'm quite happy with it. The color enhances my kitchen and it's spacious inside. However, the delivery process was problematic, which led to my three-star rating. I received a last-minute message about the delivery time and was unable to be there, resulting in the fridge being left in my communal entrance. This was inconvenient, especially for my disabled neighbor. I suggest being cautious with delivery arrangements, as I had to hire another company to move it upstairs. On a positive note, customer service was excellent; a representative handled my complaint efficiently and even registered my warranty for me, which was very helpful.
