I had returned a faulty toaster to Swan on Feasers advice which made it very difficult to be tracked by Swan in their warehouse. When I made contact with Chioma she was so very professional and helpful. Chioma went to great lengths to locate the toaster and he was able to email her proof of purchase from Fraser. After the call Chioma kept me updated through email to tell me a replacement toaster has been dispatched.
