They truly don't deserve even one star. I should have researched them beforehand. I ordered a recipe dish featuring a cherished photo and recipe. Instead, they simply laminated the photo and recipe poorly. The cutting looked like it was done by a child. To top it off, the bake dish isn't even oven safe! When it arrived, the lamination was peeling off. I waited three weeks for the lowest quality DIY product I've ever encountered. I requested a refund, provided multiple photos, and explained that the quality didn't match what was advertised. They offered me a 20% refund, but this dish is completely unusable. It's outrageous! I told them they should feel embarrassed and ashamed for selling such a poor product. It's a total scam; don't trust anything they claim or offer.
