They truly don't deserve even one star. I should have researched them beforehand. I ordered a recipe dish featuring a cherished photo and recipe. Instead, they simply laminated the photo and recipe poorly. The cutting looked like it was done by a child. To top it off, the bake dish isn't even oven safe! When it arrived, the lamination was peeling off. I waited three weeks for the lowest quality DIY product I've ever encountered. I requested a refund, provided multiple photos, and explained that the quality didn't match what was advertised. They offered me a 20% refund, but this dish is completely unusable. It's outrageous! I told them they should feel embarrassed and ashamed for selling such a poor product. It's a total scam; don't trust anything they claim or offer.
I wish I could give zero stars! Please do not place an order here; it’s a scam! I received a piece of plastic with a sticker on it, while it was advertised as 'handcrafted glass stain.' I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this seller. It's just another attempt to scam you.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this platform. Instead of a beautifully crafted bronze statue, I received a flat acrylic piece. They eventually issued a partial refund, but it took considerable effort. The acrylic is now discarded, as I would have been embarrassed to gift it. Just avoid them.
What a disappointing product I received; it was supposed to be a personalized crystal butterfly, but I got a flat plastic version. I paid £28 for it. Do not order anything from this seller; you will not receive what is advertised.
