Ordered a system and additional cables. Turned out we didn't need the extra cables so tried to send them back just days after they arrives. We've had an absolute nightmare trying to do so and absolutely everything is managed by Ai bots and automated chat which either says NO or sends you around in circles for DAYS. After hours of trying, we eventually managed to speak to someone who's clearly based overseas and not in the UK like Swann would like you to believe. They are very quick to take your money but if you need ANY after sales help, forget it. It is honestly one of the worst experiences of "customer services" I have ever experienced. I would strongly recommend potential buyers look at other systems and companies as there are far better quality systems out there at the same price point and who offer a lot more in support and set up help.
