I bought this product in good faith for…

I bought this product in good faith for my wife. She plugged it in and saw that the ear buds did not charge. I have asked to exchange or return the product for one that works correctly. They denied my request and then asked me to make a vidio of the product, which I did. Then they asked me to take a picture of the adapter and tell them what model ear buds I had, which I did. They keep denying my return and now they are telling me that I need a different adapter, which was never discussed when I made the purchase. This is the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced because it isn not an expensive product however you would expect the vendor to want to do right by the customer. I did nothing wrong here, rather I did all I was asked and I just want to return the priduct because it is not functioning the way it is supposed to. They offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee but now its taken more than 30 days probably to go back and forth with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO RISK IT NO FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY and THEM asking for videos and all sorts of other things which were not factored into the money back guarantee. I am so discgusted with this. I run a very large company and when a customer is not satisfied with our product or work we make good because thats how good businesses run.
