Purchased the item on 28-1 still not arrived

Purchased the item on 28-1, still no arrived, sent emails - no response. No idea when it is going to be delivered. No tracking information is provided that give a clue as to delivery date. Quite appalling so far - if it is delivered will it work?

I purchased a SwanScout 708S Portable Charging station in March 2025 it stopped working, and within a week they had a new one to me and all working well. Thanks for you fast resolution of this fault.

Do not buy

Do not buy. Product didn’t even charge. Customer service is AI. Useless.They just ask the same question over and over to send videos of this and pictures of that. If the unit does not take a charge, and I’ve shown them a video as requested of this, they then ask for videos ofMy iPods- over and over, totally irrelevant. Will send a video of my Aunty Marjorie knitting to see if that helps. Save your money. AVOID.

Worst customer service ever

Swanscout Wireless Charger Worst customer service ever. Similar to another person who wrote a review, this product was sent to me and didn’t work for the AirPod charging. I was asked for multiple photos and videos of my charger, block etc. after 10 back and forths they finally sent a new one. Again, the AirPods didn’t charge. After another round of videos and emails they tell me my AirPods are compatible. However it clearly says AirPods Pro 2 and 3 are compatible on several sites. Worst service ever. Do not purchase this charger!!

Works perfectly but needs light review

Works perfectly for me with good quality.The function of dimming the clock however needs a review, since even the lowest light-level is to bright in the middle of the night. Somebody should actually test the levels at home for a few days. The best solution would probably be to have stepless touch button dimmer.
