However, I encountered multiple issues immediately: the parcel shelf was missing, the sunroof light was not repaired as promised, and I found damage on the driver-side door upon returning the vehicle. The car was also due for an MOT shortly after purchase, which should have been addressed beforehand. After taking it in for service, I faced recurring gearbox problems, which have caused significant stress and inconvenience. At this point, I feel I have been more than patient and am requesting a full refund. If not resolved swiftly, I may have to consider legal action.
