Got a car on PCP from Blackburn Audi over 2 years ago. A warning message appeared on the dashboard last year so I called them straight away to get the car booked in. Took it down on the date requested and was given a car to use. They had the car for 2 days and didn’t do anything, just said they didn’t have the software. The car has been in about 4 times, each time to be told on collection they don’t have the software. I since messaged the Audi email address on the app and they have told me to take it to another dealer as the issue needs to be diagnosed and rectified before it causes further damage. I have booked it into another dealer in the hope they can actually help me. I have made several complaints that have been ignored.I also have other issues with Audi. They do not support their customers at all. I have been with Audi for 10 years and I have never experienced such poor customer service. This is now with the motor ombudsman
