I bought a diesel vehicle less than a year ago, which is supposed to have a 3-year warranty. My main issue is that the speed camera alert system no longer works. When I sought help, I was told the support team couldn't assist because it's a manufacturer issue. Now, I've learned that resetting the alert requires an additional fee for Connected Services. I don't recall the salesperson mentioning this at purchase, although I was told the vehicle had the alert feature. It appears this feature only operates for the first 6 months and then stops without notification. Even though the car is under warranty, many crucial issues are not covered. Potential buyers should exercise caution!
