There is only 2 stores which are in the city of Copenhagen. As I stay in lyngby it is a far place for me to keep coming back if there is an issue. The gears dont change that well and since lyngby has alot of hills and using it for my daily commute ,this bike doesn't help very well for climbing up and is not build for more than 10 mins in my opinion.There should be a service where I can return the bike / stop service within 1-2 weeks if it is not comfortable for me.I have to pay for a whole month plus the sign up fee , even if I dont like the bike.
