Review Time
There is only 2 stores which are in the city of Copenhagen. As I stay in lyngby it is a far place for me to keep coming back if there is an issue. The gears dont change that well and since lyngby has alot of hills and using it for my daily commute ,this bike doesn't help very well for climbing up and is not build for more than 10 mins in my opinion.
There should be a service where I can return the bike / stop service within 1-2 weeks if it is not comfortable for me.
I have to pay for a whole month plus the sign up fee , even if I dont like the bike.

I have been a member since August 2025 and am very satisfied with their service. I started by trying out a bicycle, which is very nice to be able to do without any commitments. I signed up for a Power 1 el-bike straight after which is perfect for me because I don't like using gears, I just have one gear and adjust how much the battery helps. It's my main transport for work and other things. Also just for taking a nice bike ride in the nature. I have been biking all winter and the tires are great, not had any problems in the winter weather.I went for a winter check-up, and the employee was very friendly and the service was fast and good. Also, great tasting coffee they have.Then I happened to get a flat tire recently. I booked a service time through the app. When I arrived on my time it was actually fairly busy, most busy I had seen the shop but the employee came straight to me and offered help, switched out my bike for a new one and sent me happily on my way.When I was biking on this new bike, it felt a bit off. I wasn't sure what was the problem but it definitely felt different than my other bike I had before. I decided to try it out for a few days to see if I would just get used to it but it just felt unstable and I didn't feel safe using it. So I booked another service time. The employee was again very nice and friendly and he agreed with me that the bike was a bit off. So I sat down with a cup of coffee while he readied a new one for me. Even swapped out my battery so I went out with on a full charge as well which was a bonus!Guess I was just a bit unlucky to get the unstable bike, but I got a good cup of coffee for my visit and am very satisfied with the bike I have right now.Their app is very user friendly and easy to book service times there. The only nitpicky thing I could point out with the app is that on the frontpage where it says the subscription amount, it doesn't include that I have a basket on so that is actually not the amount I pay each month which is a bit misleading since the basket is also paid for monthly in the subscription fee. To summarize: Frederiks Allé in Aarhus has awesome employees with great service and lovely coffee.
The bike just works—in all kinds of weather. The staff are super friendly and always ready to answer questions or fix the bike when needed. Having repairs included in the subscription is a huge plus and makes the whole experience effortless. I wrote this review after canceling my subscription which was quite easy too. The staff member asked me for a review. I’m cancelling because I got a more efficient way to transport myself around the city and the battery weighs what feels like 1000 kilos - especially when you have to carry it around with you all day to avoid it getting stolen. I had the bike for 5 months and never had to use the walk in service.
