However, the company returned with a lower offer, stating that the device had scratches. These marks were definitely not present when I packed it, suggesting they occurred either during transportation or while the service was handling it. What adds to my frustration is that I chose this company based on its positive reviews. I honestly didn’t anticipate this situation. Sadly, my experience has left me feeling deceived and let down. I will not be using their service again and advise others to be cautious and document everything carefully before sending in their devices.
