I was a long-term customer using Swapsy to swap USD to CNY. The experience prior to 2023 was great. I didn't use it in the past 2 years until 1 weeks ago when I initiate a swap of around $800. 6 days have passed, I didn't receive anything. As it declare that most of transaction can be done in 48 hours, I have keep sending inquires on why I didn't receive the fund every day. No response so far. I have also send request to cancel the pending transaction and no response either. It makes me thinking it looks like a scam and I have lost the money! In that case, what should I do to sue them? Can I file a complaint to small business court? I have all the records of Zelle transfer and emails I sent to Swapsy support.
