In Aug 15, I sent the full amount of 1,114 USD to the seller and seller confirmed the proof of transfer during the same day. But in Aug 16, I received the notification that the seller has already sent me the CNY; then I opened my account to double checked that: nothing happen and I have received 0 out of 7,999 CNY. So, I immediately clicked the dispute and entered the issue during the chat box --- but no one responded since 8/16. I did send two emails to the Swapsy Support to describe my situation but still no one process it. For Swapsy, if you see this review, please reply to me and make payment correctly or your guys could pay it back to me; Then I will delete this review.Thanks
