I’m adding to the review as I’ve been told by this company that my daughter’s bracelet was pulled apart with a sharp tug and did not just fall apart. This is not true but is all I expected ! I will now source a bracelet from an alternative brand putting me out of pocket. Avoid this company I bought the pink pear cut bracelet for my daughter’s 18th. When wearing it for the second time it literally fell off her wrist and is broken. She had not damaged it. She is extremely upset.I have proof of purchase. I contacted customer service who told mentor they do not repair. I then looked up our nearest shop and there isn’t one!!! This leaves me in the position of not being able to replace my daughter’s birthday gift. I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service I’ve received. I wish I’d read these reviews first but I believed it to be a quality brand!
