I visited the branch yesterday to pick up my order, only to be informed that it was no longer there and had been returned. Today, I received a call stating my order is at the store but is overdue. To make matters worse, they cannot hold it for me until next weekend, despite their mistake when I came in yesterday. This has been a total waste of time, and I have yet to see a refund.
This product is awful. I bought several items in the 90s, believing they would appreciate in value as advertised, but they haven’t. They’re now available for mere cents on various platforms. The quality is lacking too. This feels like one of the biggest scams ever.
Prices are outrageously high for subpar craftsmanship and inferior 'crystal'. The packaging is flimsy and disappointing. I received a broken Star Wars X wing due to inadequate packaging and shoddy construction. It's shocking how much they charge for such poor quality. The shipping experience was equally frustrating, with the worst packaging I’ve encountered. I recommend looking elsewhere, like on eBay. There’s no way to leave reviews on their website, showing a lack of accountability. Customer service was frustrating and processes were slow. I feel like I wasted both my money and time.

I placed an order, but encountered an ‘unexpected error’ during checkout. I checked my account and saw no order confirmation, so I placed another order. To my surprise, I received two email confirmations as both orders went through. I reached out to customer service to cancel the second order, which was only placed 15 minutes prior. I was informed it was impossible to cancel and was advised to contact my bank! The representative acknowledged it was their error. It’s baffling that a large company can't cancel a recent order due to their own system fault. I have raised a dispute with my payment service.
The Westfield Centre is a fantastic mall, and it’s nearly impossible to visit without making a purchase. However, I had a peculiar experience that felt discriminatory. Upon entering the store, the security guard insisted I remove or turn my cap backwards for facial recognition purposes, which was not communicated anywhere at the entrance. I pointed out that I had entered many other stores without such a request. If this company prioritizes facial recognition, they should clearly inform customers beforehand. This incident raised serious questions for me regarding their policies and inclusivity.
My husband gifted me a sparkling bracelet, and after just a year, the silver is wearing off. It cost over £100. I also bought a ring recently, and the silver is coming off that too. I expected better quality for the price. I can’t find my receipts now to return them, and I’m really disappointed. I won’t buy again or recommend this brand.
I ordered something online, shipped on the 10/12/25, and 14 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. The service used for shipping is extremely unreliable. I contacted them and was told it was due to weather, which is out of their control. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company due to their poor customer service.
