I ordered from their site on August 9 and have not received my order for over 20 days. When I checked with the delivery service, it showed as 'package missing.' I don’t understand why the company did not check this and left it to the customer. When I called customer support, they claimed it was not their fault and took no responsibility. This is the most unacceptable service I have encountered. If you want to save time and money, avoid purchasing from them.
