The customer support and courier service provided are subpar. I wanted to return a product and had no issues with their gift card policy. After placing a return request, I received messages from the courier service, but no one came to pick up the order over several days. After this, I received no communication from the company. I do not recommend purchasing from their website. It's better to order from another platform.
