This is a fraudulent company run by scammers. I ordered a chain with a pendant, but it does not fit. When I opted for a return/refund, they only offered a gift card valid for one month, which can be used to purchase from their limited selection of products. This clearly reflects their unethical practices. They seem more interested in taking money than serving customers. Think twice before purchasing, as you may end up with a gift card instead of a refund.
