I recently attended a comic con that was officially partnered with SWAU. I was unable to get confirmation that the celebrity I wanted to see there was doing signings at the con, so I sent in the item I wanted signed through this service just to be sure I got the autograph.I had heard online that there was likely to be a long wait before getting my item back, but I was okay with a wait. I ended up getting the item back just under a month after the con. I don't know if they've gotten faster or if I just got lucky, but it was a nice surprise.My entire experience was extremely positive! The print I sent in got a tiny nick during shipping. I got an email letting me know what happened with a picture attached. They asked if I wanted to send in a replacement to be signed that wasn't damaged, which I opted to do. It was a very much appreciated and nice gesture that guaranteed that I got my item back in perfect condition.Overall I had a fantastic experience using this service! I got my print signed exactly like I wanted and got it back quickly and in perfect shape. I will absolutely be using SWAU in the future if it's an option.
