I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the 4,702 SWEAT I earned through millions of steps over the years.Due to a persistent technical error in linking my Sweatcoin account to the Sweat Wallet, my balance remained 'trapped' in the main app. I reached out to your support team via email previously, but I received no assistance. Because I could not withdraw or transfer my earnings to my wallet, I felt forced to spend them on in-app draws (sweepstakes) just to utilize the balance in some way.This was not a choice, but a result of your system's technical failure and lack of customer support. I believe a 5-year user deserves better 'trust and reputation' (PR) management.I am requesting a manual review of my account and a refund or compensation of the 4,702 SWEAT that was lost due to these linking issues.
