I received an email on January 12, 2026, from emtra.sweatco.in informing me that I had won a PlayStation Pro in the prize draw. When I clicked on the link to redeem my prize, I was redirected to the winners page in the Sweatcoin app. However, I did not find my name listed there. The email had mentioned a deadline of January 19th for claiming the prize, but redeeming link didnt work and my name was not mentioned on the winners page in the app. Therefore, I am writing to inquire about the reason for receiving the email informing me of my win.

I have been a loyal user of Sweatcoin since 2022 and have accumulated a significant amount of coins over the years. I have been saving these coins for four years, and now I have won a PlayStation Pro. I believe that I deserve to claim my prize, and I am not willing to accept that my name was not mentioned on the winners page in the app. I would like to request that you investigate this matter and resolve the issue.

Boost Feature Poor

I have been a user of Sweatcoin since July 2020 and Troublemaker subscriber.I use the app every day as I walk at least 10 kilometres each day. The boost feature available for two periods of 20 minutes regularly fails. I can sometimes receive the bonus for one of the boosts, rarely both and sometimes neither, as has happened today. This is very frustrating and has been occurring for some time now. I can't begin to calculate the amount of sweatcoins I have lost because of this fault. Come on Sweatcoin get this sorted for your users.

They are lying to users. False claims about earnings

Dear Sweatcoin Support Team,I am writing to you as a loyal user of 5 years. I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the 4,702 SWEAT I earned through millions of steps over the years.Due to a persistent technical error in linking my Sweatcoin account to the Sweat Wallet, my balance remained 'trapped' in the main app. I reached out to your support team via email previously, but I received no assistance. Because I could not withdraw or transfer my earnings to my wallet, I felt forced to spend them on in-app draws (sweepstakes) just to utilize the balance in some way.This was not a choice, but a result of your system's technical failure and lack of customer support. I believe a 5-year user deserves better 'trust and reputation' (PR) management.I am requesting a manual review of my account and a refund or compensation of the 4,702 SWEAT that was lost due to these linking issues. Additionally, I request a faster unlocking (vesting) period for my current earnings.I look forward to a fair solution that values my 5-year loyalty.Best regards,

borderline scam first of all you would have to walk for about 9 months to even qualify for a five dollar payout - most of the time the rewards are not available, the giftcards say sold out.- next,when you want to redeem it you literally need to send in a selfie/ photo id.- the company are not content with 9 months of you clicking ads for them every day/ filling in details/market research and making them hundreds, no - even for your stingy 5 dollar payout, they jump through every hoop possible to not pay you.- oh and their luxury phone/ car competitions are not theirs - the so called prizes do NOT belong to them, they are an affiliate, who have paid a small amount so they can have a link to enter people into the competition, meaning people can enter these competitions through 100 other channels without having to use 9 months worth of useless sweatcoins on it.- in their blogs, mariah or whatever her name is, tries to be all nice and cool and talk in some genz language about how its all so cool, and all that but reality is - its a small team in india running this, who want to take, take take, and give literally nothing back.vile company, borderline scam.

My conclusion of this garbage project is that this project is operated by a very high level mafia,probably operating at state level(which is why they got their $Sweat coin listed on exchanges),When I first contacted their support,(instead of resolving my issue of non conversion of steps to $Sweat(and they are deliberately blaming peoples mobile devices for this issue, instead of their own malafide)) I was given instructions for deleting my account.These scammers are wasting everyone's time by making them watch long ads so these scammers make money(just for themselves), and are making everyone make them money, by making everyone signup to offers using their affiliate links, and make purchases using their affiliate links(their support lied to me that their "sweatcoins" can be used in the marketplace inside their App, there was no marketplace inside the App for using their "sweatcoins", instead there is a section named "Earn" inside their App which can only be used to signup to their affiliate links or make purchases using their affiliate links, for "earning" those worthless "sweatcoins" which have no value and can't be used anywhere). The only utility of the App was counting steps and even that utility couldn't escape the dirty malafide scam and garbage of these scammers, as their garbage App stopped counting steps after a number of steps were reached.I know that these shameless scammers might reply to my review, but that will only be to fool everyone into thinking that their support is very responsive and resolves everyone's issues, in reality that isn't the case.(infact their support doesn't quickly reply, (and their INApp AI even said there is no live support available at all) and when I asked their support about the reason for wasting peoples time and giving nothing but worthless "sweatcoins", they gave no reply, and this time even didn't send a rating email to rate their support( which was part of making everyone fool,by trying to show that they are very responsive and are legit when infact they are nothing but shameless scammers)They most probably, even make fun and fool of everyone by showing ads claiming to get rich by only using a game App or steps App(like their own).They are making a fool of everyone, not sharing a dime of the generated revenue, which they get by making everyone use their garbage Apps(making everyone watch long ads for nothing, and signup or make purchases using their affiliate links).
