The email had mentioned a deadline of January 19th for claiming the prize, but redeeming link didnt work and my name was not mentioned on the winners page in the app. Therefore, I am writing to inquire about the reason for receiving the email informing me of my win.

I have been a loyal user of Sweatcoin since 2022 and have accumulated a significant amount of coins over the years. I have been saving these coins for four years, and now I have won a PlayStation Pro. I believe that I deserve to claim my prize, and I am not willing to accept that my name was not mentioned on the winners page in the app. I would like to request that you investigate this matter and resolve the issue.
