I placed an order for 3 pairs of leggings on December 28th and thankfully took a screenshot of the order confirmation showing the order number. After a day, I noticed I hadn’t received a confirmation email from the company. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them or the delivery service responsible for bringing my items to the local shop. I attempted to reach customer service, only to find that there’s no way to speak to anyone directly! The chatbot I used didn’t recognize my order number and disconnected me. I sent an email and was informed that responses take up to 8 days! This is incredibly frustrating! The order was made on December 28th, and the payment was deducted from my account on January 5th. If I don’t receive a reply to my email, I’ll have to visit a store to seek a refund. This is disappointing service from a retailer where I’ve spent a significant amount of money. I won’t be shopping there again.
