I returned an item because it was too large, but the refund was initially issued as a credit note despite my credit card covering part of the cost. I contacted the support team and, although I had to wait a bit, the assistance I received was outstanding, and the refund was promptly corrected. I purchase all my leggings from the company; they are incredibly soft and fit perfectly. Considering the challenges businesses face today, I believe their service is excellent.
I placed an order for 3 pairs of leggings on December 28th and thankfully took a screenshot of the order confirmation showing the order number. After a day, I noticed I hadn’t received a confirmation email from the company. Since then, I haven't heard anything from them or the delivery service responsible for bringing my items to the local shop. I attempted to reach customer service, only to find that there’s no way to speak to anyone directly! The chatbot I used didn’t recognize my order number and disconnected me. I sent an email and was informed that responses take up to 8 days! This is incredibly frustrating! The order was made on December 28th, and the payment was deducted from my account on January 5th. If I don’t receive a reply to my email, I’ll have to visit a store to seek a refund. This is disappointing service from a retailer where I’ve spent a significant amount of money. I won’t be shopping there again.
My wife has been a loyal customer for years and consistently prefers this brand over others. The colors are vibrant, the fit is excellent, and she has never encountered any issues with breakages or rips. The quality is outstanding, and even her older leggings (over three years) show no signs of fading or material snagging. Recently, we faced a delivery issue, and a representative from the support team went above and beyond to resolve it, especially since it was for an upcoming birthday. They made sure I was satisfied, which in turn made my wife happy. The company addressed the issue promptly, and as a result, we will continue to choose them for all our athletic needs. Thank you once again.
I placed my order well in advance for Christmas delivery and selected the option to have it sent to the store. After waiting a week, I attempted to reach out to find out the status of my order. The company seems impersonal, as there’s no way to speak with a human; the chatbot is only available during business hours, and there is no phone number provided. When I finally accessed the online chat, the chatbot informed me that my order was fulfilled, which was clearly not the case since I was actively inquiring about it. I contacted the local store for assistance, but they had no information about my order. They suggested using the online chat again, which felt like a complete waste of time. Each time I accessed the chat, I was told I would be connected to an adviser, only to be disconnected due to their unavailability. Very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this service again and will take my business elsewhere.
Awful experience with customer support. My parcel was sent to the wrong address, and there’s no one to address this issue with. I’ve lost £50 and have no way to report this to the service. There seems to be a complete lack of concern for customers.
