I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance when I reported that I never received my parcel on 29/11 via the courier used. They claimed it was signed for, but I have not signed anything nor heard from the courier. Over ten days have passed, and the company has done nothing to assist me with the courier, nor have I heard back from them. Today, I received a bill for taxes on items I never received. I'm frustrated with the irresponsibility shown by both the company and the chosen courier. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but I am very upset with the lack of action on this matter! I will NEVER purchase again!
