This is a completely deceptive process! I will not waste any more time with your company. You know who I am; I've tried contacting you through various channels, and your responses have been dishonest—even in your previous replies. Shame on you!

The sizing is accurate and the tights are comfortable. HOWEVER, the price is steep, especially since they are marketed as highly durable. My supposedly 'resistant' tights tore on the first wear while I was gently scratching my leg (I have short, soft natural nails). It's not worth the price; if this is the quality, I might as well buy cheaper options. Additionally, I wanted to log back into the site to leave a review, but I couldn't reset my password despite requesting a reset email three times, so contacting them about this issue would be challenging.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance when I reported that I never received my parcel on 29/11 via the courier used. They claimed it was signed for, but I have not signed anything nor heard from the courier. Over ten days have passed, and the company has done nothing to assist me with the courier, nor have I heard back from them. Today, I received a bill for taxes on items I never received. I'm frustrated with the irresponsibility shown by both the company and the chosen courier. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but I am very upset with the lack of action on this matter!
