I really wanted to like this company and was happy to pay a little more than I usually would for a product that's more sustainable and that would last longer. I was pleased with my first order and the quality and fit of the tights was good. However, my second order did not arrive and the company's customer service in dealing with this has been extremely poor. They have taken no useful steps to resolve this and more recently have stopped responding at all, which is extremely unprofessional. As a result I will not be ordering anything else from this company.
