I love their stockings, however their customer service has been really disappointing on my latest purchase (on 26 June 19) that I have never received. I spent over $100AUD purchasing their stockings which were sadly never delivered. Australia Post advised me that they had been sent back to Sweden. I provided three alternatives to the company to resolve the matter. They advised me that the goods would be returned to them and then they would resend back to me. I even offered to pay for additional tracking. I emailed them and sought updates from them as to the stockings being redirected to me. This has been met with radio silence. I lodged a paypal dispute for goods not received, which was also met with radio silence. Overall very disappointing for what is really a wonderful concept and product. Just because I live on the other side of the world, it doesn't mean that a company can absolve itself from its legal obligations to consumers in other countries.
