When I attempted to cancel my orders, I noticed that the payment had already been processed. I reached out to the company through messaging, email, and social media. Despite my efforts, five days later, they confirmed they could not cancel the orders. They have a systematic approach, sending notifications each time that the order hasn't gone through. This is a completely deceptive process! I will not waste any more time with your company. You know who I am; I've tried contacting you through various channels, and your responses have been dishonest—even in your previous replies. Shame on you!
