About a month after ordering, I still had not received the two products I ordered so I contacted customer service. Although tracking clearly showed a label was created and the package was never shipped, they claimed that it was a problem with their warehouse. They offered me a $30 credit to buy something else and said they would ship what I had already paid for.Then, I received another email stating my products had shipped and giving a new tracking number. Same thing happened. The package was never really shipped. I reached out to them and Their excuse this time was that the Postal Service lost my packages. I asked for a refund, and it still has not been processed.I have reported this company to my credit card issuing bank and to our state AG. One problem with shipping I can understand, two labels with the product never shipped is fishy... to say the least.
