Review Time
I’ve been using this eyelash regrowth serum consistently for nearly a month, and unfortunately, I have seen no improvement whatsoever. What’s more disappointing is that the honest review I previously submitted appears to have been removed. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and credibility of the reviews displayed on the website. Had I seen feedback similar to my own, I would have reconsidered my purchase.It’s extremely misleading to showcase only glowing 5-star reviews while potentially filtering out less favorable but honest experiences. Customers deserve full visibility of both positive and negative feedback to make informed decisions.Regrettably, this has been a disappointing experience overall, and I cannot recommend the product based on its ineffectiveness and the lack of review integrity.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have reacted to the mascara & serum. Have contacted customer services & they do not want to know. Seems like I am not alone in my experience. Whilst the products seem to work for some I would advise against as if you have a reaction you will get no support afterwards.

They deleted my comment on instagram and blocked me after raising a concern. I reached out to support and no help. I got an infection after using the serum, tried speaking to customer service and sent a message + comment to the owner on Instagram and she blocked me.

I asked for a refund, and it still has not been processed.I have reported this company to my credit card issuing bank and to our state AG. One problem with shipping I can understand, two labels with the product never shipped is fishy... to say the least.
I ordered an £160 order from Sweed as I wanted to overhaul my makeup. I was very excited to try the brand.Sadly I never received my order. I paid £45 import tax ( which I have not received back) and then it was never delivered and I was not notified to collect.So I never received the products and it’s cost me £45 in charges.I ordered in January and in March Sweed responded and wanted to try to deliver again. I declined and they did refund the original order after quite a lot of debate. I would not recommend.
September 2022 I have ordered Sweed Lash Serum for almost 600 sek via Hudoteket.seUnfortunately the product is China made. Almost 600 SEK is definitely not the price you pay for the China outsourced beauty product. If I wanted a Chinese beauty item, I’d go for Aliexpress, not scandinavian brand.Feel cheated.Sweed customer service did not respond to my email.
Very bad customer service. Shipping tracking is Nord Post and no real time detail on the movement of parcel especially once it leaves for the US. Customer Service took 3 days to respond. Does not seem to understand what I was trying to say in my email. Does not answer your question. Kinda weird responses for a business writing. Unhelpful with my ordeal. My package had been sitting at my US post office for 3 weeks. Sweed doesn’t seem to know where their products are during transit. Will never deal with them again.
