I am experiencing issues with receiving my order placed on November 15th, which was supposed to arrive by December 2nd. I still haven't received my product. The delivery company claims one part is lost, while they state they only received one item. As a customer, I shouldn't be affected by their logistics issues. They are unreachable by phone, and via email, they are merely analyzing the situation and promising a response soon. They should send a replacement product and manage their logistics separately; I shouldn't have to wait.
