I ordered 2 metal storage cabinets ‘Soho’.
Per se- the items are fantastic.unfortunately both items were severely bent due to how they were packaged. The 2 front panels of each cabinet were severly bent as other panels inside the box were put against them.
The damage is very visible from the front and sides.
I am experiencing difficulties in receiving my order placed on November 15th, which was supposed to arrive by December 2nd. To date, I still have not received my items. The delivery service claims one part of the package is lost, while they only acknowledge receiving part of it. As the customer, I should not bear the consequences of their logistical issues. They are unreachable by phone, and via email, I was informed they are still analyzing the situation, with hopes of a swift response. It would be more appropriate for them to send a replacement product and manage the logistics on their end; I shouldn't have to wait for this.

Despite explaining this repeatedly through calls and emails, I am continuously asked to provide the same details instead of receiving assistance for a straightforward return. I have repackaged the item and requested collection, but the communication has been slow and exasperating.
