I am experiencing difficulties in receiving my order placed on November 15th, which was supposed to arrive by December 2nd. To date, I still have not received my items. The delivery service claims one part of the package is lost, while they only acknowledge receiving part of it. As the customer, I should not bear the consequences of their logistical issues. They are unreachable by phone, and via email, I was informed they are still analyzing the situation, with hopes of a swift response. It would be more appropriate for them to send a replacement product and manage the logistics on their end; I shouldn't have to wait for this.
