I have played many online casinos. This website is not the best, but my biggest complaint is that they do everything in their power not to pay your redemption. I submitted a redemption, got an email a couple of days later asking for photos of my debit card with me in it (4 total). Then days later, when I was on vacation, they asked for the same with the credit card I used. I informed them I was away but would turn it in as soon as I got home in another 4 or 5 days. They cancelled the redemption after they did not get the photos after 48 hours, but online their policies state that I have 30 days to provide this proof. Like a dummy, I then played and lost that money.
This company takes advantage of the fact that they know gamblers like to gamble. I felt like my money was safe in the redemption process (no way to cancel it once it was processing) but they proved otherwise. I can recommend many other sites, but this is not one!!!!
