They scammed me out of a 600sc redemption and ignored all of my emails and requests for more information about their claim that I had multi accts. I wanted to make another note to warn others to pay Attention to these reviews....most of them are from unverified accts with only 1 or 2 reviews... Alot of them are bots and you can tell by the wording...the wording doesn't make sense in some of them... There's no way this casino has over 4 star rating from authentic verified real players, go to their Facebook, you'll see their reviews over there and other ppl complaining about their scammy tactic of claiming ppl have multi accts and voiding their redeems/accts. Slime balls and untrustworthy company, them and sixty6 both
For some reason they couldn't complete the simple task of KYC. I sent my ID twice as requested and was I formed the KYC process failed and there is no way to reverse the decision. Honestly I feel like a legitimate operation should be on top of the verification process.

I have played many online casinos. This website is not the best, but my biggest complaint is that they do everything in their power not to pay your redemption. I submitted a redemption, got an email a couple of days later asking for photos of my debit card with me in it (4 total). Then days later, when I was on vacation, they asked for the same with the credit card I used. I informed them I was away but would turn it in as soon as I got home in another 4 or 5 days. They cancelled the redemption after they did not get the photos after 48 hours, but online their policies state that I have 30 days to provide this proof. Like a dummy, I then played and lost that money.
This company takes advantage of the fact that they know gamblers like to gamble. I felt like my money was safe in the redemption process (no way to cancel it once it was processing) but they proved otherwise. I can recommend many other sites, but this is not one!!!!
I personally like the games play is fair and you actually can win here. Just cant go overboard. The customer support is always ready to get you through any situation. overall is a great experience. I recommend anyone to give it a try.
Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for the redemption times. 1st one was pretty fast but I'm still waiting on another one when it's been over a week even though their own terms say 7 days. Still haven't received it though.

I just tried this out today. I pumped a good chunk of money into and really enjoyed the games. The redemptions are limited to $1K per day, which is disappointing because I had a little more I wanted to redeem. I took a 24 hour break and was then told my redemption would not be processed during that time. I’m hoping for a quick process once I’m back up and running tomorrow. I will update on here how it goes. I’ve played on many sites and so far this one is easy to use with good bonus offerings.
