I will update to 5 stars once my redemption is processed. For now, I'm giving it 3 stars because I submitted a redemption request after being verified and purchasing a package. I was informed by live support that during their "soft launch" phase, the redemption time would be 3-5 days. I'm now at the end of day five with no updates. I remain hopeful for a quicker payout because everything else about the platform has been great!
