Wish i could give 1000 stars! I've been playing on SweepsUSA for a few months and have strictly only played off of their free daily GC/SC. I finally won!! It was a little over $100 and I chose to redeem it via gift card ($100 Meijer) which was my first time ever for any site because I normally have it go directly to my bank account. Not sure about this place. They have good selection of games but redeeming a prize is taking way to long and I'm now wondering if I will even receive the $350...I asked support but all they could say is 3-5 days, To me 3-5 days to redeem your winnings us way to long all the other places I play don't take that long maybe 48 hours so I doubt I will be back unless they speed up my redemption

I was informed by live support that during their "soft launch" phase, the redemption time would be 3-5 days. I'm now at the end of day five with no updates. I remain hopeful for a quicker payout because everything else about the platform has been great!

This site is fraudulent; I strongly advise against using it. I purchased the coin options they offered and played the games they selected. After making a redemption request, I was informed my account was banned with fabricated violations of their terms. I will be pursuing arbitration as stated in their terms, disputing my credit card charges, and reporting them for sweepstakes fraud. Steer clear of this platform.
