I was attracted to the products due to their heavy promotion, but my first order has been very disappointing. I bought several items, including a bundle, and the eye mask arrived in a box that appeared to have been opened and returned. The internal packaging was torn, poorly presented, and marked—completely unacceptable for the price, especially since it was meant as a gift. I contacted the company and received an automated reply promising a response within 48 hours (usually within 24). Now, well beyond that timeframe, I've heard nothing back. The lack of customer service and accountability adds to my frustration. For a company that promotes itself heavily, I expected much better quality and care in both the product and service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. This feels like a business more focused on marketing than on delivering quality or respecting its customers. I will not order from here again.
