However, I do give shoutouts on social media because I genuinely believe in their effectiveness. I feel fortunate to have discovered these amazing products.

I experienced very slow and unresponsive customer service. My gift card never arrived, and they kept advising me to check my spam folder. It’s not in spam or my inbox. Then they stopped responding altogether. Avoid this company. Expensive products should come with good customer service, and this one does not.

Delivery was late. I was advised to return the package for a refund, which I did. Customer service has gone silent, and I have yet to see my refund. This is disappointing and a significant inconvenience, especially during such a busy time of year.
