I placed an order for a birthday gift on 22nd November. Before ordering, I was informed that shipping would take 3-5 business days. However, after placing my order, I was told that due to a prior interview, delivery is now 10 days behind. This feels very dishonest. Now, as we approach mid-December, with the birthday long past, I have yet to see any items delivered or even dispatched. The money was taken from my account on 24th November. I will not order from them again—while I was a loyal customer in the UK, my experience in the US has been a disaster. Do not deduct money from my account until the items are ready to ship. If overwhelmed with orders, consider halting new ones until you catch up—these delays have likely cost you many customers.
