It's been a week with no sign of my shipment. I placed my order a week ago and had to reach out via chat, which took forever to connect with a representative. By the time I connected, I was away from my phone, and they just gave me a generic response about an item being out of stock. Why not send the in-stock items separately? I ordered an elixir for my sick son, hoping it would help, and now I'm left waiting with no communication about the delay. I'm really not satisfied at all. Poor communication and customer service.
