Birthday Gift Order Delay

I ordered a birthday gift on 22nd November, and the shipping time was stated as 3-5 business days. However, after placing my order, I learned that their delivery schedule is now running 10 days behind due to a previous interview. This feels very dishonest. Now, it's almost mid-December, the birthday has passed, and there's still no sign of my items being delivered or dispatched. The payment was taken from my account on 24th November. I will not order from them again—while I used to be a loyal customer in the UK, my experience in the US has been frustrating. Please do not charge my account until the items are ready to ship. If you're overwhelmed with orders, consider stopping new ones until you catch up—these delays have likely caused you to lose many customers.
