Terrible company, save yourself the grief Do Not Order from them. I made one order and did not opt in for auto shipping and packages kept showing up again and again. I spoke with the company and explained I did not opt in for continued orders to be sent. They stopped for one month and now they are delivering again. It is no UPS, it is not USPS, it is not mailed by Fed Ex it is mailed by some off the wall delivery service called On Trac.
No possible way to talk with them although their phone number is listed on the package. It does not even ring, just hangs up. Spent all day trying to refuse the package. No post office would take it ….and for me to mail back and pay for it the cost would be more than the product would cost more that the product If the. product worked that would be one thing …it is only coco butter with magnesium so they say. Does not help with sleep at all. Such a frustrating company ….
