I spent around €550 on products, and just a few hours later, I noticed the prices dropped by over €120 in total. When I reached out to customer service for a goodwill voucher or partial refund, they refused to provide any assistance, which feels very unfair. I am now considering returning the package and filing a complaint with the relevant consumer center. I'm very disappointed with their customer care and pricing policy.
